The President of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday offered wordless reinforcement for the technology-driven electoral process in the country, saying that it leaves no place for foul play.
He made this known while discussing with Saudi Arabia-based Nigerians, also advised those who might be arranging to campaign for the extension of his term to desist, saying he’d sworn to God that he’d not stay beyond May 29, 2023. Also, Femi Adesina blamed the news for saying that the aircraft on which Buhari lately traveled to the United States developed fault skyline.
Adesina described the reports published on some online platforms as an illustration of fake news that has come to a major vice and trouble to information dispersion in the country. Speaking about his trust in the effectiveness of technology in an electoral process, President Buhari recalled that his victory famines in presidential contests ended after three jaunts when technology was ultimately involved.
